Internet takes no time to spread the word and the rise in the graduate stall market is proof. After MBA and BTech chaiwalas and chaiwalis, Btech Panipuri Wali has now debuted in the market.

The 21-year-old BTech graduate Tapsi Upadhyay is selling the famous street food in Delhi’s Tilak Nagar and the video has taken the internet by storm.

In the viral video shared by a food vlogger on Instagram, Upadhyay can be heard riding her Royal Enfield bullet attached to the panipuri thela and talking about her hygienic and healthy panipuris. The pani is prepared with little ingredients like salt, jeera powder, and coriander leaves which are hand crushed and not readymade and the puris are not fried in the oil but air-fried, she explains in the video.

Further in the video, Upadhyay also shared her challenges and said not everyone has been supportive of her decision to sell panipuris around West Delhi, however, she never paid heed to anyone.
