A video has come to light from Bihar’s Nalanda where a boy was standing in the middle of the road was brutally assaulted by the Police. The police officials out of the blue started assaulting the youth as they went on to hit him with sticks and dragged him by his hair, as well as hurled abuses at the boy.

In the video, a boy can be seen standing in the middle of the road, and out of the blue, the police officials come in to use brutality and assault the young boy. More than four police officials can be seen attacking the youth and attacking him. The police officials can be seen using sticks and punches on the boy who is not protesting.

The incident transpired in the middle of a busy road where the police personnel can also be seen dragging the youth by his hair and viciously attacking his head. The police officials can also be heard hurling abuses at the boy.

Twitter reaction

After the video went viral many users came forward to remark on the incident as one user came forward and wrote that this is embarrassing and highlighted the irony of it being Constitution Day which prohibits the police from using such blatant force against a youth.

Another user added to the conversation and wrote that the police are conditioned to resort to violence to diffuse any situation. The user further added that the authorities think of themselves as rehabilitation for everyone.

Another incident

Another incident recently came to light from Uttar Pradesh’s Hapur where a police officer can be seen brutally beating up a car owner after the man tried to flee the incident after attempting to hit and run. The car driver had allegedly rammed into a motorcycle and after being stopped, tried to flee from the sight.

The police who swung into action can be seen brutally beating up a man while the commotion of the crowd watched the incident unravel.
