A man has filed a complaint against his wife and her family members for cheating and hiding the truth about his wife’s sexuality. The man alleged that he was tricked by his in-laws into marrying a Transgender person. The incident happened in Andhra Pradesh’s Vijayawada.

According to the reports, the man got married in 2019 but his wife was not able to conceive. So, he took her to the hospital for a check-up, only to find out she was transgender.

A man, a resident of Old Guntur, took his wife to a hospital on Tuesday for a check-up as the couple was not able to have children even after two years of marriage. After examining the woman, the doctor told him that she was a transgender who underwent a sex change operation when she was 12 years of age. After two years of marriage, the man came to know that he had married a transgender woman.

The victim works as a graphic designer and got married in 2019 in the presence of both families. He said that before the wedding, the woman’s parents told him that they had property worth crores and he would inherit it in the future.

He filed a complaint at a police station stating that he was deceived and misled by the woman and her family.

A similar incident took place in Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur, where he alleged that he was tricked by his in-laws into marrying a transgender. The man said that the mediator added to the lies told by his future in-laws that caused him to marry a transgender person.

When the couple attempted to consummate their marriage, the complainant discovered that his wife was transgender. The husband asserted that his wife was unable to have physical intercourse with him because her genitalia was not completely formed. Then he took her to a hospital for a medical examination where he found out that she was transgender.
