Pakistani journalist claims he visited India at then Vice President Hamid Ansari’s invitation, provided information to ISI

A noted Pakistani columnist Nusrat Mirza recently claimed that he visited India at then Vice President Hamid Ansari’s invitation and passed on information to Pakistan’s spy agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

In an interview with a Pakistani political analyst Shakil Chaudhary, Mirza claimed that he Visited India multiple times between 2005 to 2011 and gathered information during his visits.

Mirza said that he had come to India to attend a seminar on terrorism at the invitation of Hamid Ansari in 2010. In 2011, he visited India, met the Milli Gazette’s publisher in India, Zafarul Islam Khan, and shared information with ISIS.

“I know where separatist movements are happening. But no one wants to exploit the information. The separatist movements are happening in all regions of India. There is no doubt about that. I used to say there were 26 movements ongoing, but someone said now there are 67 such movements,” said Nusrat Mirza.

The columnist further said that people in Pakistan are not experts, however, they are Mughals who have ruled the country and are aware of the situation in India. He added that Pakistan wants peace, but India is not on the same page.
