Actor Anita Hassanandani and her husband Rohit Reddy welcomed their first child, a baby boy on Tuesday evening. The social media has been flooded with congratulatory messages soon after the announcement was made.

Rohit took to Instagram to share an adorable photo of himself with Anita, alongside he announced the happy news. He wrote, Oh Boy. The shared photo was from one of their maternity shoots and has a ‘boy’ written on it.

He also shared a selfie with Anita from the hospital room, in which the new parents can be seen holding hands.He captioned the photo as, Love you, baby. most beautiful moments ever.

As soon as Rohit shared the news, friends and colleagues took to the comment sections of the post and congratulated the couple on their special day. Among a few, Ekta Kapoor, Neha Dhupia, Sameera Reddy, Bharti Singh, VJ Bani, Nakul Mehta, Surbhi Jyoti wished the happy couple.

Filmmaker Ekta Kapoor, a mother herself, shared a video from the hospital. She can be heard saying that she just had the best moment of her life. She then paused and added, 2nd best. She shared another video featuring Mushtaq Shiekh and Tanusri Dasgupta, saying that the big day is finally here and we are too excited. Mushtaq Shiekh also shared a string of selfies featuring Anita and Rohit.

Meanwhile, Anita Hassanandani and Rohit Reddy tied the knot in 2013. The couple dated for a few years before getting married.
