Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s bronze statue to mark his 95th birth anniversary.
The PM unveiled a 25 ft bronze statue of the former BJP Patriarch at Lok Bhawan, Lucknow.

UP Governor Anandiben Patel, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and UP CM Yogi Adityanath were also present during the unveiling.
Sculpted by famous sculptor Raj Kumar Pandit of Jaipur, the bronze statue is going to be the tallest statue in the state.
The Prime Minister also laid the foundation stone for Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University in the city.
The former PM had represented Lucknow in the Lok Sabha for five consecutive terms, which included his three stints as prime minister.
