Cecilia Han was born in 1983, on the 11th of January. She was born in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. She is known as a film actress and singer who sang at the 2008 Olympic Games. Her father is the brother of Han Mei, who is known to be a Chinese guzheng performer and scholar.

Cecilia Han was always fond of singing, and was part of her school choir ever since she was young. She was also known to be very smart, achieving very high grades in school. She went on to win the Gold Star Award, and after which, was asked to star in her own Television Series. Some titles she did were “Mouse Loves Pig”, “Flying Daggers”, “Heroic Legend”, “Dream Factory”, “The Raging Butterfly”, and “Romancing Hong Kong” in 2003. Her more recent ones are entitled “Return of the Condor Heroes”, “Secret Route”, “Woman’s Weapon”, “Ip Man”, “Code 13”, and “Fall in Love with You”.

Apart from these television series, she also did a few movies, such as “Woman in the Garden”, “Para Para Sakura”, “Don’t Enter the Wild House”, “Storm Rider – Clash of the Evils”, “Deadly Will”, “The Crow”, and “I am the White Bone Demon”. 

She also recorded a few albums. Her album, “Snow”, earned her the award of Oriental Billboard 2004 Rookie of the Year. She continued to see success in this part of her life as she was well received by audiences.

Cecilia Han is truly a great role model for young girls, as she was talented both in the performing arts as well as in academics. She tried out for the Shanghai Theater Academy, and scored high in her entrance examination. She had a pretty good run in her film, television, and singing career, with continued support from fans with her music. It was a good, stable, and reliable course for her.
