The table below summarizes the different options you have, the cost of each package, and most important – the cost per photo, which is the most important thing to look at.

Please note that all the details below refer to the standard film (with the white frame) which is manufactured by Fujifilm specifically for the Instax line of instant cameras:

Twin Pack 20 Sheets About 62.5 cents per photo From  $12.49
3 Twin Packs 60 Sheets About 59.5 cents per photo From  $35.79
10 Sheets of 5 Pack × 2 100 Sheets About 62 cent per photo From  $61.99

The 2 main conclusions are:

  • Not a big difference between the different options, which probably explains why the regular tween pack (20 sheets) is rated first in the Amazon Best Seller list in the Camera & Photo category.
  • Surprisingly, the 60 sheets package is cheaper than the 100 sheets package! It doesn’t make much sense, right? by the way, the 60 sheets package is rated second in the Amazon Best Seller list in the Camera & Photo category, right after the regular twin pack.

Important note: prices tend to change, so always check the most updated deals before buying. Additionally, if you buy a bigger package (60 or 100) mind the expiry dates and storage conditions as mentioned above.
