Some times size does matter.

I went in an ultra-lounge last week-end with some of my friends (yes, yes, first time I've been in one of those too. I guess it is basically a club with places to chill in the middle of the Dance floor). I wasn't really expecting anything, I wasn't really looking to dance anyway, for all I cared for I could just have entered, taken a drink and left (although the steep cover might really help keep people in !). Well it ended up that the music was good and I started Dancing, I was all happy dancing with the music all by myself looking around from time to times at all the cute girls around, some that are already fairly involved with someone else or simply chilling outside of the dance area (well there wasn't much of a dance area really, but some zones where more "dance prone" then others). At some point, I see this cute Asian girl dancing (And lets just say my criteria for Asian are fairly high, I'm not the kind of guy that drools heavily just at the mention of Asian girls.)

The girl looked totally uninterested in anyone for some times, keeping to herself and not really making eye contact with anyone. Anyway, at some points I started dancing with her and it became really close. That's where I noticed something.... At 6'1" I'm fairly tall (no that is not what I noticed) and dancing with a 5'2" girl can prove quiet a challenge when things are getting more involving! Basically, if you stay far apart there is no problem the body curves don't have to match as much, but when you get closer, I kinda had to squat. Not a complete squat, just half one... but geez I tell you, staying in that position for a long time is really painful. My legs where burning like hell and it really required all my will not to fall on the floor from muscle exhaustion. What was a very sensual danse was more of an athletic feat for me and required most of my concentration. I was trying to shift the weight from one leg to an other but she somehow always came back to the same one! Anyway, I figured after that, that size DOES matter for some specific things like dancing. I try to pick a taller girl next time or get to the talking really fast so I don't have to train for months before I go dancing again!

As a side note, my friend told me I should just have stayed straight, but I didn't feel like it would have been much fun. The only thing you can really do is put your hands around her, and she can put her head on your chest which could quickly become really boring! Maybe if I had a proper technique that would work but I haven't figured that out yet.
