Panning is shooting technique with moving the Camera in the same direction with the Object Movement direction that want to be shoot , so the object will looks so focus , meanwhile the background looks blurred. Don’t worry, here are some easy step to do panning shooting :
1. Don’t use tripod, to follow the direction of object movement , camera have to move flexible.
2. Set camera on Shutter Priority (S or Tv)
3. Shutter speed that you need are between 1/30 until 1/8 .
4. Find the moving object that you want to be panning ( tips: choose the colorful background for panning, so the blurred from background is more interesting)
5. Direct the camera following the moving object and half press release to take the focus.
6. Use your hand to move as smooth as possible, sudden movement can cause the photo result is not interesting.
7. When rhythm of our hand is similar with object movement, press the release button to take the exposure.
8. More practise, hand and eyes will more good!
