This past weekend I went home to visit my family. I was only there for two days so there wasn't much chance to get out and take pictures. My Mothers Garden was out in full bloom so I was able to take some pictures of flowers though. The first picture is of a white rose that we have in our backyard. These roses have a very nice smell and often have a large number of bees around them but they didn't this year. The second picture is of a purple flower that we have in our front yard. I love taking pictures of this flower as last year I managed to get one that is now in my portfolio. This photo I took didn't quite make it to my portfolio but it is still good enough to post here.
