Jackie and Matt are such a fabulous couple. They met at a local Beaverton coffee shop called AVA Roasteria, and Matt’s “pick up” must have worked because here they are planning their wedding! They were so excited for their engagement session, and we did a lot of planning and research to find the perfect spot to shoot at. Jackie had a vision of shooting on cliffs over-looking the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, and we found the perfect spot. We started their session at Horsetail Falls, to capture one of the Gorge’s beautiful waterfalls. Then off we went to Government Cove. Jackie and Matt were fearless, and when I realized that they were up for anything… we went for it! We hiked some trails, climbed rocky slopes, perched on cliffs and climbed down river embankments. And Jackie did most of this in high heels! But I absolutely adore the photos we got from our time together, and feel that they perfectly reflect Jackie and Matt as a couple… fun, adventuresome, and fearless!
