“I’ve waited a year, I think I can wait a few more minutes.”

That’s what Carey said, when Andrea’s veil fell off just before walking down the aisle! That statement so aptly wraps up this year and the last, and the obstacles these two have had to face, leading up to this momentous day. Moreover, it shows how they’re able to roll with the punches and smile while doing it, making them absolutely one of my favorite couples in recent memory. Both Andrea and Carey’s heartfelt vows were especially beautiful as well, promoting all the feels. With their High Line engagement session being so far removed, it was wonderful seeing these two once again, and when shooting their portrait session, It felt like we hadn’t skipped a beat! As always, Le Chateau was the perfect fall Hudson Valley backdrop, right on the border of NY and CT, and at a ridge where the autumn foliage was nothing short of brilliant.
