My go to modifier for Beauty and portrait photography is the Mola Demi.  I have been shooting with this beauty dish for years.  The Mola beauty dish gives me a beautiful quality of light, hard yet soft with a lovely fall off that creates lovely contours to accentuate shape and facial bone structure.
