For years I have worked regularly with sports and fitness, fashion, and lifestyle Model Jam Murphy of Wilhelmina Models, New York. We have become friends as well.  Jam is an incredible model with a beautiful, open spirit. Besides modeling Jam produces music and owns a very cool lipstick brand Ice + Jam. Ice and Jam formulates amazing  products using replenishing ingredients with bold, fun colors to beautify and care for your lips. The company ethos emphasizes sustainability, health and personal empowerment.  With colors such as “Thank You Come Again”, “Lesbehonest” and “Ouch, Ouch, You’re On My Hair!”…

Jam asked me to photograph her modeling her in their new “Empower Your Lips” tee.  I was thrilled to say of course.  She wanted to have some of her friends model as well, but due to scheduling only she was available. After Jam finished being photographed, in  she tried to poach some male models from another shoot, but no luck.  She asked the studio manager if he would model, but Kenny is shy.  Jokingly I offered to model for her.  Jam jumped right on that and the next thing I knew I was on set being styled and photographed by Jam.
