Oncely you needed Revolution font:Revolution Font Link: http://www.dafont.com/revolution-saji.font
Open new file: 1600x1200 size and 72 resolution:Use gradient and black text with Revolution font.Lets do text details:We need fine "O": Write "O" with Revulation font. And right click > restorize type. Then select a triangle and delete inside triangle.
Use Rectangular Marquee Tool for rectangle, and fill it black.Lets go "O" layers details:Yes we done. Final:
