Open new file: 1600x1200 size and 72 resulation.
Grey background and grey text with "dimitri" font

Left click to text layers: And "Select >> Modify >> Contract"
Open new layer and " Edit >> Fill (Grey)" than use details:
Go "inside text" layer and use this detail.
Go "somephotoshop" layer and use this detail.Final:
