It is the rain season around here. Not much for an outdoor activities especially photography. To pass the time, I just choose to photograph my flowering plants right after a rain. Not really hoping to achieve anything at first, but finally the results were pretty interesting. The water drops and the dark shadows from the rainy weather do lend a dramatic feel to the photos. But that is my personal opinion. Some might think otherwise.
What I did was to enhance the contrast and the shadows of the photos. So the result is the flowers having a dark background. This also enhances the water drops.
Just a rainy day activity anyway. And just grab our free giveaway book on the top right too. You don't have to subscribe or register anything, just direct download without any hassle.
