Instead of a flagship phone, Poco has launched Poco M2 Pro which is a budget smartphone. It is aimed at the market segment of Rs. 15,000.
The price of Poco M2 starts from just Rs. 13,999 on Flipkart. When its price tag and specifications are combined, it can be seen competing against Redmi Note 9 Pro and Realme 6.

One of the key features through which Poco is aiming at making huge sales in India is the fact that Poco M2 Pro is made in India.
Although, the charger that comes along with the device has the Mi logo on it. Confusing.
Poco M2 Pro looks a bit like the Redmi Note 9 Pro. On the bottom three-quarters of the phone, there is an angular striped pattern.
The camera module has also had some cosmetic changes. The M2 Pro sports a P2i water-repellent coating, which is said to make it splash-proof.
The fingerprint scanner is present in the power button, which is placed on the right of the device. The volume buttons are on the right side as well.
The SIM tray on the left supports two Nano-SIM cards and a microSD card. The display has a standard refresh rate of 60Hz and not the 120Hz, maybe because it is a budget-device.

It is available in the colors blue, black, and green. Along with the phone, you will get a charger, silicone case, and cable in the box.
Price in India
Poco M2 Pro variant which has 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage cost Rs. 14,999.
The base model with 4GB of RAM and the same amount of storage has a price tag of Rs. 13,999, and the top-end variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage priced at Rs. 16,999.
