Vivo has announced that it will be hosting a launch event a new smartphone on December 16. Vivo X30 series is going to be announced at the event.
The Vivo X30 Series will consist of 5G supporting smartphone devices. Many promotional videos have been shared by Vivo boasting its camera’s abilities.
Recently, pictures taken from Vivo X30 have surfaced on Weibo which is a Chinese microblogging site. The picture has been shot using the mobile’s telephoto camera.
Vivo X30 has a periscopic telephoto lens which can produce 60x Zoom. The setting of the lenses is pretty unusual. The telephoto lens is positioned away from the rest of the three lenses.
It was a building with the Deutsche Bank logo which was initially unclear but soon became legible. Notably, once at the maximum zoom, finer details regarding the insides of the buildings also become visible. Since it was taken from an unknown source the credibility of the images is doubtful but still showcase incredible results.

Vivo X30 Specifications
So far the rumours hint that the mobile has a 6.44-inch display with a punch-hole design. The display has a refresh rate of 90Hz. Vivo X30 is powered by an Exynos 980 processor.
Vivo X30 will most probably have a quad-camera setup placed in a vertical arrangement at the back of the phone. The front camera is expected to be a pop-up camera.
Although the exact camera configuration isn’t known, it is suggested that the device will have a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP depth camera sensor. The fourth camera sensor will be a periscopic one, which will call for 60x zoom serving as one of the highlights of the smartphone.
The smartphone will have a 4,500mAh battery with 33W fast charging, up to 8GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of internal storage.
The Vivo X30 Pro can come with a bigger 6.89-inch display, up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of onboard storage.
