The newest smart home device by Bose, the Bose Portable Home Speaker has 360-degree sound dispersion with deep bass output.
It is available in two color options: triple black and luxe silver. The weight of the portable home speaker is around 1Kg.
Bose claims that the speaker can last up to 12 hours on a single charge. The portable home speaker comes with a voice pickup system that performs actions based on commands it gets.
The device also supports AirPlay 2 as well as Spotify Connect, allowing users to enjoy their Spotify playlist on the go.
Price of Bose Portable Home Speaker
The home speaker costs $349 which is roughly about Rs. 25,000. It will be available to purchase from September 19. It’s not sure if it will available globally on September 19.

You will have to buy the charging cradle for $29 (Rs. 2,000). The speaker has buttons on the top of it for functions like the mic-off feature that disconnects the microphone.
There are buttons for conventional playback controls, power on/off, volume, and Bluetooth connectivity.
You can also pair it with other Bose smart speakers and soundbars to create a multi-room system. The company has also promised to roll out new features via a software update.
These updates will let users pair their Bose Portable Home Speaker with a Bose SoundLink speaker for synchronized, voice-controlled audio output.
The new Bose device features an anodized aluminum enclosure that houses three passive radiators, a high-excursion driver, and a proprietary deflector to produce clear sound and disperse it evenly in all directions.
The Bose Portable Home Speaker is also claimed to be water-resistant and comes with an IPX4 rating for protection against accidental liquid spills, splashes, and rain.
