The Algorithm update 2019 was named ‘Broad Core Algorithm’ , ‘March 2019 core update’ so that it is easily under-stable what is stands for.
Some sites have seen an exponential increase in their traffic while some have a downfall. The specific changes made in the google algorithm have not been shared.

Why is the March 2019 Core Update Important?
Google continuously released new updates in its core ranking strategies. Though it confirms a lesser number of updates.
In terms of broad core updates, it has been made clear that you can’t take any measures to fix your ranking if they fall due to a core update.
One advice Google has been giving about this is that content is the ultimate measure of a page’s authority. Great content will always be raised higher relative to other pages.
Since the update released on March 12, as confirmed by Google, if you saw a sudden change in your traffic, it is because of the March 2019 Core Update.
What has changed?
Speculations suggest that the update might be targeted towards health and medical space. But Google has denied it saying that there was no specific target at health related sites with the August 1 update.
It is too early to be sure about what changes were made. It seems that we have to wait for sometime for the experts to analyze the insights and provide some Intel on this.
As with any update, some sites may note drops or gains. There’s nothing wrong with pages that may now perform less well. Instead, it’s that changes to Google’s systems are benefiting pages that were previously under-rewarded.
