Tizer the Lhasa Apso: Walking in Sunderland

Hey everyone,

My name's Tizer, and I'm a Lhasa Apso.

My daily walk usually consists of going around Silksworth Lake, looking at the ducks, keeping away from the swans, tentatively looking in the water, but no way swimming in it, and occasionally looking at the Ski Slope and wondering why on earth people would want to do that... for fun?

But every now and again, it's good to mix it up. And I love it when I go somewhere different for a walk!

So this is the cycle path that runs parallel to Farringdon. It's nice and wide, there are fields and open areas, and lots of things for me to smell along the way.

Sometimes, I'll just randomly stop, overjoyed at the fact that I am Walking a different route.

Other times, I'll wonder, "Which dog peed against this lamp post?"

Sometimes I'll look in this direction, to see who is coming...

And sometimes I'll look in this direction.

But mostly, I look all over the place, apart from where I'm going.

Sometimes I'll run ahead, to see how the land lies.

But then I think, "Where's Dad? Behind me!" Got to get to him NOW!"

"Getting Closer!"

"Closer Still!"

And then I get to him, get back on my lead, and the world's alright again.

That's almost it for this week, but here's a reminder, in view of the clocks going forward on the morning of Sunday 6th November (so really it's the night of Saturday 5th November!) which means dark nights:

Also, in case you missed it, here's an epic video showing my amazing technical skills:
