German Shepherd Dogs can literally kill a person with their bites. Data from 2005-2016 recorded 4.6% of fatal dog attacks were caused by German Shepherds. That said, German Shepherds kill less than 2.3 people per year in the US. Most of the fatalities are either the very old and the very young.
