Helloooo!!! We are back with the final section of how to handle your first cat. Before beginning let me inform you that if you haven’t read the previous 2 sections then please go and read them – Stage 1 of cat Kitten & Junior & Stage 2 OF Cat Prime & Mature

Old age brings a lot of Health problems and to deal with those problems you need to regularly monitor the health of your cat. And, the below given “What you need to do” health tips will help you –

Geriatric cats require a lot of love and care from you. During the last few years of your beloved kitty, it would be great if you take out more time to play and just sit and observe him/her. This would maintain your cat’s both physical and mental health.

Also, one very important thing that we would like to bring back from the Previous Sections is that parasite preventives are a must. As explained earlier, parasite preventives are the key to keep your cat away from unwanted tick-borne diseases and severe worm infestations. At the senior stage, the immunity of your cat becomes weak and you wouldn’t want that other vector-borne diseases to take leverage of that weakness. Therefore, it is advisable to administer flea and tick treatments, dewormers and heartworms regularly throughout the year at each and every life stage of your feline.
