Having little ones can be one of the most painful natural experiences of life. During this difficult time, this sweet stray cat, found herself homeless and pregnant, wandering the scorching streets of Texas. Heavily pregnant and ready to give birth, this delightful alley cat was finding it increasingly difficult to find food to nourish herself and her babies. She was actually on the verge of something terrible happening to her until this charming Texan took her in.

After putting out food for her every day, this friendly moggy made the man’s house her new home and finally found herself a safe place to give birth. Without waiting for an invite, she moved herself in and just a few short weeks later in early August, this cute cat and her adopted daddy welcomed a litter of five new furry arrivals!

This brave Mommy Cat was preparing to raise her brood alone, but due to the special bond she made with her new dad, she allows her loving human to help out with her cute fuzz balls. The man also invited his sister to come over and help out from time to time, so now the squishy mommy cat has an aunt to help her too.

“She’s the sweetest thing! I hope the Kittens have her temperament”, imgur user Eeksy said. “I put a couple kittens on my lap and Mama Cat jumped up for her share of the head scratches. While she was up there, the kittens kept trying to nurse. As a nursing mom, I feel for this mama cat”.

Five kittens need a lot of love and time dedicated to looking after them. New dad helps mommy cat out by making sure she has lots of delicious food and water, and by ensuring the whole family has regular fresh clean bedding. This fabulous feline now has a full-time job as it takes a lot of work to care for five babies. As well as round-the-clock nursing, kittens also need regular bathing and grooming, as well as helping them learn how to go to the bathroom. With five little fuzzies to care for, this mama cat has her work cut out, but in her new loving home, she is in the best place to do it!

As the little kittens grow, our handsome Texan has promised that they will all be fully grown and completely vaccinated before going to new homes. Mommy cat will also be spayed when she has recovered, but she isn’t going anywhere; she has already found her home for life with her Texas hero.

Texan man’s sister, mommy cat’s new aunt, has already decided that she will adopt two kittens, so they will remain together and have lots of time to play together in the future. She has already named them Ruby and Jasper. Aren’t they just the cutest names?
