RCBC Online Banking Guide

If you’re an Rcbc accountholder, there’s an easy way for you to access your account and manage your transactions without having to visit a branch. RCBC Online Banking allows you to do everything you need, from checking your balance to transferring funds, with just a click of a button. 

Here’s a quick primer to help you get started if you’re an RCBC account holder but have not yet set up an online banking account. 

How to register in RCBC Online Banking

Registration can be done on both RCBC’s website and app, but for a seamless and easier experience, we recommend doing it through their website.

  1. Log on to their website.
  2. Click Enroll Now or Register.
  3. You will then be asked to enter your 10-digit account number or 16-digit card number. Click “Next” after that. 
  4. Read and accept the terms and conditions then click “Next.”
  5. RCBC will send a one-time password (OTP) to your mobile number, type it in the box provided. 
  6. Nominate a user ID and password for your account, then click submit. 
  7. You will then receive a confirmation email of successful registration.

Which RCBC accounts are qualified to enroll?

Most of the RCBC accounts such as the following are eligible for an online banking account

  • Checking/ Savings Accounts (PHP/USD)
  • Time Deposit (PHP/USD)
  • MyWallet Prepaid Card
  • Bankard Credit Card

What transactions can you do with an RCBC online account?

Once you’re enrolled in RCBC’s online banking system, you can start exploring your account using both the mobile app and the web browser version; and perform the following transactions:

  • Check your balance
  • Check your transaction history
  • Deposit a check
  • Online fund transfer
  • Bills payment
  • Change your credit or debit card PIN

How to perform balance inquiry through RCBC online?

There are two ways for you to do this, through the app and website.

Website
  1. Log in to your RCBC account
  2. On your homepage, click “Manage My Accounts”.
  3. Choose which account you want to check, and click on it. 
  4. You will immediately see your account details including your balance and transaction history. 
App

Once you’ve logged in to the app, you’ll immediately see your balance. If you tap your account, you’ll be shown your account details, transaction history, and some other account management options. 

How to deposit a check through the RCBC app

This is one of the self-service features that’s only exclusive to the app, and cannot be done through the website. Here’s how you can do that:=

  1. Open the app and log in. On your dashboard, tap the three-bar button (menu) found on the top left corner of your screen. 
  2. One of the options you’ll see is the “Check Deposit”, tap on it then choose “Deposit Check” to confirm your action. 
  3. Take a clear photo of the front and back of the check, then tap on “Use Photo” if you think the photo you’ve taken is clear enough. Otherwise, tap on the “Retake Photo” button.
  4. Fill in the required details before hitting that “Deposit” button. 
  5. Review the transaction details one last time before tapping Proceed.
  6. An OTP will be sent to you via SMS. Simply enter the code to complete your deposit. 
  7. A confirmation will show up on your screen and all you need to do next is to wait for it to clear. 

Online fund transfer via RCBC online account and app

One of the basic features that you can do on both app and desktop. You can send funds between your accounts and others anytime anywhere!

Web or online account
  1. On your account’s home page after logging in, click the “Transfer Funds” option.
  2. On the dropdown menu, choose the source of funds for your transfer. 
  3. Then select the bank of the recipient. 
  4. Enter the amount you want to transfer. 
  5. Choose the mode of transfer: InstaPay and PESONet.
  6. Select a schedule for the transfer (or rather choose the date today).
  7. Double-check the details before hitting that “Submit” button.
RCBC app
  1. Once you’re inside your RCBC app, tap Menu at the top left corner of your screen.
  2. Then tap Fund Transfer > Bank Transfer.
  3. Select the source of funds (from which of your accounts if you have multiple).
  4. Select the recipient’s bank and enter their account details. 
  5. Choose your method of transfer: InstaPay and PESONet.
  6. Enter the amount you want to transfer then hit “Transfer Now”.
  7. Enter the OTP sent to via SMS then tap Submit.

How to pay bills online through RCBC online banking

You can also pay your bills with the RCBC Online Banking app. No need to line up at your nearest payment centers. You can also schedule your payments so you won’t have to recall your recurring bills.

How to Pay Bills via RCBC Online Banking App
  1. Once you’re inside your RCBC app, tap Menu at the top left corner of your screen.
  2. Tap Fund Transfer > Bills Payment > Pay Bill
  3. Select the source account for your payment
  4. Choose a biller > enter the amount > Pay Now.
  5. Double-check your transaction details before proceeding. 
  6. Enter the OTP sent to via SMS, the hit the “Submit” button.
