I've been really struggling the last month or so and shut my blog down for a bit as I didn't think I could keep going with it. I was just feeling very overwhelmed and quite exhausted. I've just been going to work, coming home and resting so I can keep going to work. The house is just an absolute mess but the good news is I'm sleeping properly and maintaining my weight - so that is encouraging. I
