The sound of the birds, unknown crackling sounds in the bushes, tree leaves, it’s a refreshing escape from usual city life. It is also a great work out, it’s good for your heart, you can experience the gasp and there’s sweat pouring down your face, you can feel your heart picking up speed, and you can hear each breath you take.
