You may or may not remember this, but a little over 2 years ago, I discovered I had pre diabetes. Through strict diet and lifestyle change, I was able to reverse it. I just got some blood work done and the results arrived yesterday: everything is still looking great! Yay! One of the things I have to attribute this to is cutting WAY down on the sugar. Honestly, I don’t know what I’d do without Stevia! I love it so much that I’ve started growing my own.
