Wine dates back to about 7000 BC. That's 2000 years before beer! Why? Because Wine is easy to make. If you ever had an interest in wine (or beer making) you might find this vid interesting. I've done a lot of experimenting on my youtube channel (my handle is magic76767676) -- Some of it with bizarro wine experiments. Anyway, I went to a local wine & beer making supply store only to find out that it was their ribbon cutting ceremony! Free food. Yum. My favorate flavor. Anyway, I filmed the tour they gave to the local gov officials. Or as I like to say, I infiltrated the tour. Turns out, it the vid makes for a great overview of wine & beer making.
Wine making is really simple. Basically, it is juice + sugar + year. Then wait. It doesn't rot. It ferments! In fact, the yeast doesn't care if the juice is grapes or not. All it cares about is sugar. If you want to see some crazy wine making, here is my latest experiment. I answer the question, can you make wine out of Coca Cola?
