Basically, you’ll need to develop clear protocols, checklists, and guidelines for performing routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting common issues.

This can all be used for training in the future too. But make sure this is clear enough for everyone! For the most part, most industries are going to have a standard, so having clear documentation might also be good for a legal standpoint too.
