Technology is quickly changing and what was unimaginable few years ago will now be made possible through the use of 5G technology. The United States is likely to see a major change following the preparation by different potential technology giants to take over Sprint and T-Mobile.

Reports are already out about the planned sale of Boost Mobile by the duo Sprint and T-Mobile. The upcoming sale valued at 3 billion U.S dollars is expected to attract different potential buyers and preparations are already underway.

According to Mobile World Live, Lifeline giant Q Link Wireless is one of the potential buyers interested in acquiring Boost Mobile.

The company, headed by Chief Executive Officer Issa Asad, is the third-largest provider of the government benefit program Lifeline. Q Link Wireless is located in Dania Beach, Florida, and also offers prepaid wireless services to consumers not eligible for the Lifeline program.

Some of the potential buyers of Boost Mobile, including Q Link Wireless, are in the move to see how new prepaid technology will help transform the world.

“The sale is already in the air and is planned to be the game changer around the technology used by current and future generations,” exclaimed Asad.

Even though most of the communications done aren’t in the public, some of the inside plans have been revealed to the public. Boost Mobile will get a new look since there is already an approval of the merger between Sprint and T-Mobile by the Federal Communications Commission.

Should the sale happen as planned, the shares owned by the two will reduce, thus giving the prepaid wireless business a new shift. The prepaid market share is under the major control of the two when put together.

The sale is much awaited by different interested parties according to different reports. Most of the market analysts believe the process has been delayed by the ruling that is expected from the justice department in U.S. The fact that the ruling is still pending has been a hindrance and a twist of events is expected once the ruling happens.

To make every expectation straight, the justice department from the U.S will be given time to review the sale process before they can give an okay. Even though Q Link Wireless has been in the business for some time, Boost Mobile is likely to give the company an even brighter future should they manage to get it. The company has approximated to have set in place an offer of between 1.8 to 3 Billion U.S dollars to pay for the bid.

Q Link Wireless is among the largest of the prepaid brands and has some of the best plans for the takeover of Boost Mobile. The market has received the move of the planned changes different and is likely to affect the share value of both Sprint and T-Mobile. Many technology market analyst are keen on the market changes as they await the much anticipated ruling.
