Bacolod One Day Trip

Continuing my Negros Trip, next stop is Bacolod. I reached Bacolod thru driving from Dumaguete. Google says 4hrs and yeah, I did prepare for it. Some time while I was driving, I felt asleep. Had coffee in one random store.
Until I saw some street signs that we're finally in Bacolod. First stop and yeah didn't ruin our day, The Ruins.

Lunch time, Manokan country said hi. For me it's like Cebu's Larsian, only it's Chicken Inasal. Clueless where to go, we went inside Nena's Beth. It was so good we don't even need sauce.

We went for a ride and we're reminded with desserts, Calea. In Robinson's Bacolod Calea, we had the most satisfying cheesecakes. Coffee is good too.

Sleepy, we looked for our hotel. And ended booking with The Inns by Oriental. Good thing they upgraded our room as the room we booked is occupied. Lucky!

Night time, we dine at Ading's Pala pala. We had garlic shrimps and fish soup. We were also delighted with performers doing Chinese dragon rituals as it was Chinese New Year. We then headed to Lacson and found ourselves in the middle of Bacoladiat celebration.

Tried another Bacolod's pride Felicia's and uhhmm, so yummy. Definitely Bacolod has the most tasting cakes.
