Please use this spreadsheet!  My storage guidelines spreadsheet will make your life just a little bit easier.  If you are like me, the first few weeks of having a newborn was much more than just a challenge. Trying to remember anything on 2-4 hours of sleep, let alone squeezing in a shower, was a major accomplishment. Seriously, I felt I could have auditioned as a Walking Dead Zombie and would have nailed it!  After 6 weeks, I had to return to work full time. I still Breast feed for 6 months and I pumped  morning, at work (very glamorous), and once more at night. To keep my sanity, I made some cheat sheets.  Before having to use day care, I was fortunate to have family watch Sofia for about 8 months. Having this spreadsheet eliminated any questions they may have had on storage or thawing. Please share this with other moms and caregivers!
