1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: Sweepstakes begins on October 24th, 2016 and ends November 30th, 2016, 11:59 pm CST. One (1) Prize(s) (as defined below) will be awarded via a single random drawing, at the times detailed below, from among all eligible entries received in the manner as set forth below.
2. How To Enter: You may enter this Sweepstakes only on the Internet. Go to www.cleanfreak.com/sweepstakes/signup and enter all of the information required by the “Sweepstakes Entry Form”, including your name, address, date of birth, city and state of residence, zip code, and a valid, working email address for which you are the authorized user. You may submit only one entry during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries must be made by an individual from a stand-alone computer device and may not be made by proxy or any electronic or automated means such as script, bot, macro, or any other similar software or program. You may not enter with multiple emails or with multiple identities, nor may you use any device or any other means to make or obtain more than one entry to the Sweepstakes. Any entry or entries that violate(s) these rules will be void, and the individual submitting such entry will be precluded from winning a prize in the Sweepstakes. You must provide an accurate, functioning email address for which you are the authorized user for your entry to be eligible and for us to notify you via email. 3. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Only entries that comply with all of the Official Rules are eligible. All eligible entries received will be housed in a database from which the winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 1st, 2016 under the supervision of Sponsor employees or their designated representatives. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entrants need not be present to win. Entrant whose name is picked will be notified by telephone or e-mail. Potential winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Waiver of Liability and, where permitted by applicable law, a Publicity Release, within 48 hours of the date of issuance of notification of the entrant’s name being drawn. Such notification shall be deemed issued either when (i) a message is left on winning entrant’s voicemail or (ii) an email is sent, whichever occurs sooner. Non-compliance within this time period or return of any Prize/Prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
