I've been using Cozi for quite sometime now and I can honestly say that it is the must-have organizer app for families. It has helped greatly with communicating and coordinating my family's schedules and activities, my grocery list, dinner preparations, and general things we have to do. Cozi does a good job at keeping my all on the same page.
Family Calendar
Cozi's family calendar helps you keep your family's schedules in order with a shared, color-coded calendar.
I've been able to set reminders for myself and share them via email with my family members. If my husband has an appointment, I can send him a friendly reminder.
You can also create a children's chore list to make sure the things that need to get done—actually get done!

You can easily reorder your items by priority and also create sections by adding headers to help stay organized.
Pre-made Planning Checklists
If you're already in a hurry and need to quickly start a list, just use one of Cozi's pre-made planning checklists found in their list library. They have pre-made lists for birthday parties, vacations, school and more!
Import Recipes
With Cozi's import feature, you have the ability to save recipes you find online to your Cozi app. So, not only are you able to access your recipes anywhere at any time—you also no longer have to bookmark or emails recipes to yourself.
Choose How You Share
Cozi gives you two ways to share with your family. You can share your journal updates by emailing them to family members or as a private family website. If a family member likes a post, they can add a smile.
