I took a ferry from Mumbai and reached these Caves in one hour. They're named after an elephant so it's easy to remember their name - Elephanta Caves! It has huge statues of Hindu gods and is astounding. They date back to 2nd Century BC. Its a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Check it out.
