NEVER AGAIN, DHL

It's exactly been 2 months since I asked DHL to Ship back my iPhone 6 (after realizing I'm a victim of a fraudulent transaction, or in other words - I'm such an idiot) and basically, they just told me that (1) they cant trace it despite me providing the IMEI; (2) they have no idea how it got lost and they're guessing it was lost in transit. 


Funny how it said in their online tracking system that it was in the receiving facility in Pretoria so I guess, the online update system is A BIG JOKE. 

Up to now, I am dumbfounded as to how they've lost it. Like, what kind of courier service are you if you don't know the exact location of the item you are shipping and you can't even explain how it happened? 


They even told me that this is an ISOLATED INCIDENT when in fact, a month before this Marlon guy emailed me, the customer service representative in South Africa (named Mosa Yonde) advised me that there was an ongoing investigation given that there were 2 other cases similar to mine. 

So much BS. 

I'm pretty sure some of these DHL folks are part of a scam. 

Oh well, never going to ship anything via DHL again - I advise people not to avail their service as well.
