Dr Teal’s Pure Epsom Salt

Summer always reminds me of how “not skinny” or bikini ready I am.  Even though its like 100 degrees outside I am feeling my internal pressure to work out, hit the boards, ride my bike; pretty much I will do anything to burn what I can away.  Sometimes I over-do it (or pretty much under-do it all year LOL) and then I am sore as can be the following day.  Dr Teal’s Pure Epsom Salt Soaking Solution is really doing the trick.  First of all, I absolutely love the smell; it is a combo of citrus and mint (totally not the medicinal smell most of these products tend to have).  I am finding the product super easy to use also; this is 2 cups of the solution under warm water and I soak for 20 minutes (my only personal time of the day LOL) and I can feel my body’s relief.  My husband has been making a paste he read about at http://drteals.pdcbrandsusa.com/.

He is making a paste with the salts and hot water that he then cools in our fridge.  Then he applies the paste and gets some relief.  Personally I am totally trying 2 tablespoons of Epsom with water in a spray bottle for “too much sun relief”.  So many more uses for this wonderful product like facials and pedicures, make your own lip balms; I can keep going.  These salts run around $5.99 and are available at Amazon, Walgreens, Target, CVS, Bed Bath & Beyond and more.
