True made veggie ketchup and mustard

Norma ketchup can have 5 g of carbs per tablespoon. When you have 20 in the bank for the day on a strict keto diet, that is a hard hit on what you can have for the rest of the day. True made veggie ketchup is not perfect, but at 3 g of carbs per tablespoon, you can slowly reduce your ketchup addiction, or use it as a solid alternative on moderate keto. I did not see any differences when it comes to taste. It tastes just like any big-brand ketchup. They also make other low carb condiments: mustard, BBQ sauces, etc.

There are many-many keto bars on the market. Being constantly on the move at odds hours, I tried many different one. Somewhere great, but most of them were not. IQBar are probably the best I tried. I will have one for snack, or if I can’t stop for a full meal, I’ll eat two for a full meal. IQMix

Being on keto means you need to compensate a lot for the lack of salt intake. Drinking salted water? I did it. I did not like it. IQMix is powder pouches that you mix with water. They have different flavour and are filled with electrolytes.
