Who elses goes on Facebook and wants to vomit at how organized everyone is; everything is wrapped, 45 different kinds of cookies from scratch are made and some of these people are onto Easter baskets.  I really just can’t take it.  I am a constant “run against the clock” kinda chick and that is the best I can do.  I’ll be wrapping at 1AM today to ensure my children have the Hap-Hap-Happiest Christmas.

Today is raining so I decided to actually try to make a cookie or two (hopefully one of them is edible so I went to Instagram for some inspiration.  I thought I would share with all of you.  I found such awesome options if you need to watch gluten, if you are following paleo or even if you are a vegan.
