So since I last logged into my word press account a lot has happened. My life has taken a dramatic new turn and I became a mature student. Yep… that’s right… representing all the mummas trying to get a bit further in life I decided to get a hefty student loan and start studying for a degree in forensic psychology. With my knowledge of mental health and then not to mention the sight and sounds being a mother provides I don’t think there is much out there in this world that would be a shock horror anymore. So the girls are getting on in life my 7 year old Ruby is doing well at school (past blogs detailed about the bullying she was going through which was finally resolved), the baby (ha- term used loosely now) is turning 3 next week and we have her application for nursery all sorted and I gain 15 hours of time back in my day as of September this year! The hubby is doing well. after having a bit of a rough time and having to leave his job he has done a 360 and is now back in employment after some much needed time sorting himself. He starts Monday for an induction and its great to see him back to his old self again.

In light of all the changes not much has change in myself except the way I look at the world now. Funny thing is that I am learning new things… like smart things and at times I think why the hell did I start this???…. am I too stupid to pass???….why did I think I could do this???…. then the 3 reasons I did start come running in the room arguing and screaming as usual (yep the hubby and the kids). And amidst the chaos I find that little light and reason I do most things… Also other changes this year include starting swimming with the kids at the weekends… not just for them but to help Nick and I stay healthy… A thought i have to add its a funny things swimming… now I love the water and always have…. im sure this chubby belly is not really fat its the blubber whales have and im an  elegant sea beast really…. ok weird…. anyway my eldest, Ruby, cannot Swim for toffee…. and she wont let me teach her. I have taught my mum and brother and they are cool with the water but with my dearest child, my eldest born, she seems to think I will drown her haha (I laugh but its kinda odd). that kid trusts no one in the water like literally you can swim round her and that’s fine but as soon as you try talking her into letting you help her, all the blockers go up! And even stranger she has never had a water incident or anything to make her feel this way. It gets to the point where I try reasoning on a level with her like dude… your my child I would never let anything happen to you…. haha honest its bizzar but them maybe some people are just not at one with the water. Mimi the youngest however cant get enough… se tries to jump away from us to swim….. so we got her this little rubber ring and she swims round in it haha its awesome. Other new hobbies include karate….waaaayyyyaaah!!!! Its nice as I done this as a kid and thought I didn’t remember muvh but it turns out I actually remember a hell of a lot… what better way to spend a Tuesday evening then kicking the shit out of people aha! Funny story on that note, Tuesday just gone when we (Nick, Ruby  and I) was at karate and we was learning the kicks and Nick and Ruby had bad bellies and right in the middle of the hall when it was silent Ruby has let out the biggest fart you can imagine!!! Very nasty!!!! Stunk to the high heavens!!!!

Any who I am aiming to update the blog on a regular again about stuff, life mishaps and general things that’s going on at the mo (not going to start with the EU referendum ha) But also will be starting a facebook page with all my blog stuff and the interesting things I find on like like products and things…..
