This 2023 range seeks from HGL to combine multiple trends: fidgets, collectibility, and blind boxing. Each tub has a transparent dome allowing you to see one fidget, then you open up to find another four blind bagged toys. I haven't seen any in hand, yet, but based on promo pics and unboxing vids I'd say scale wise they would best fit 1/3.
