Review: Paw Patrol Ezee Beads and Fuzzy Felt +#win them both!

We, like many parents of little ones, have a massive Paw Patrol fan in the house and so when we were offered the chance to review the Paw Patrol Ezee Beads  and Fuzzy Felt Paw Patrol Sets available from John Adams Toys we of course jumped at the chance.

Now I have to say….the whole Aqua Beads thing never really took off in our house….but with the Paw Patrol Ezee Beads  which is essentially the same concept but just in a whole exciting Paw Patrol format….well now that’s a very different story.

The set is a fantastic way to recreate some of Nickelodeon’s favourite Pups plus the Look Out from this much loved series through beads which magically stick together with water.

The set comes complete with 900 Ezee Beads, a bead storage tray, three design cards and a water sprayer.

So we set to work opening the packets and sorting out the colours into the different compartments – a great exercise for young minds in itself – before getting the first design in place and getting to work.

I have to say I was a bit worried that the actual process of setting the beads in place would be a bit fiddly for little hands but in fact, quite the opposite, and I have never seen my daughter so engrossed in something for so long. It must have been the magic of creating Chase and Marshall’s face before her very eyes! Such a great way of encouraging them to concentrate for longer amounts of time and a really lovely thing for them to chill out and do after a busy time at nursery or school or when you need some time to get dinner on the go!  Plus a big thumbs up for supporting fine motor skills too.

Once complete spray then leave to dry for about 30 minutes before carefully removing from the tray to reveal the design – definitely the most tricky bit of it all and adult help required for this part for sure.

The verdict? A fab set which keeps children busy and focused and a perfect gift for any Paw Patrol fan!

After that we moved on to trying out the Paw Patrol Fuzzy Felt set – a twist on the classic – and also a nice way of encouraging children to use their imaginations by recreating their favourite scenes involving the rescue-seeking Paw Patrol crew.

Another great set with over 70 pieces you pop out which can be mixed and matched in so many different ways which again is great for encouraging children’s imagination.

The little missy had lots of fun creating various rescue scenes with the set – from sea rescue, to city rescue and air rescue.

It’s a great quality set and really easy to use and again really helps to encourage fine motor skills and creativity so another thumbs up from us!

The Paw Patrol Ezee Beads set is available to buy at Amazon at £13.95 here and the Paw Patrol Fuzzy Felt is available to buy at Amazon at £10.99 here.
