As you all know, Best Buy is one of my favorite electronic stores. Even when I’m not buying anything, I like to go in and take a look at the latest technology just because I think it’s awesome how much and how quickly things change. Think about it this way – when I grew up, there was no home internet! (Gasp!) And despite what my kids think, I’m not that old.

Anyway, I was looking for a new TV for my daughter for college and Best Buy had so many options! Have you heard of SUHD? Before now, I hadn’t. Suhd is a new product from Samsung – rumor has it that the S is for Super and the UHD is, of course, Ultra High Definition. Let me just tell you these TVs are AMAZING!

Samsung uses 4K technology to increase resolution by 4 times that of a full definition television. That’s a LOT of resolution. And the curved screen and better contrast levels give the picture a sense of depth I’ve never seen on a television before.

The SUHD TVs are smart TVs too. The Octa-Core processor streams media at faster speeds than earlier technology and you can even view your media on a mobile device with Smart View 2.

I watched an exclusive Sneak Peek of Jurassic world on an SUHD tv and it felt like I was right there! The movie looks absolutely awesome by the way – you can see the sneak peek too in Samsung Entertainment Experience Shops inside Best Buy from 5/31­-6/13. I love the way the colors came to life on the screen. It was so much fun I didn’t want it to end.
