How To Relax With Lavender
Lavender is my favorite herb. When diffused into the air or a few drops into a warm Bath, lavender helps with allergies, dizziness, sleeplessness, headaches, depression, anxiety, irritability, and nervous tension. It is SO calming and smells great too!
Summer sun soother: if you find yourself with a bit too much sun, combine 1 tbsp aloe gel with 4-6 drops lavender and apply to irritated skin.
Unwind diffuser blend: great after a day of business, to relax the mind. To your Diffuser add 5 drops lavender and 3 drops vetiver.
Evening bath: to 1/2 c epsom salt add 4 drops lavender, 2 drops orange and 1 drop cedar wood
