What do you do when your toddler isn’t quite ready to move from the cot bed- and you have another little one on the way? You buy a Transition Toddler Bed. Moving your toddler out of the cot can be an emotional experience for both parent and child. Your child may seem lost in a big bed and you may worry about them falling out of their beds. If you need the cot for the next baby, the Transition Bed ensures you don’t have to buy a second cot.

The transition toddler bed is the perfect bed for toddlers moving out of the cot but not quite ready for a ‘big bed’. It is lower than a single bed and comes with removable side rails. This ensures that while your toddler sleeps, you wouldn’t be worrying about bumps or falls at night. As pictured, there are optional accessories to keep your toddler entertained in their bedroom.

The bed measures 71cm from the top of the mattress to the floor so your child can get in and out easily. The side rails are a great feature for younger toddlers and you can remove it when no longer needed. Choose to use this bed as a daybed and transforms into a high sleeper as shown below.

This Toddler Bed makes a perfect first bed as it comes with a guest bed that slides away underneath. It is suitable for an adult to sleep on because it is crafted from hardwood using sustainable methods. Handy for those nights when your child needs extra cuddles if they are unwell. The guest bed is the same height as the toddler bed.
