2. Kick unhealthy habits

Kicking unhealthy habits will allow you more time to follow your hobbies, improve your health and lead a satisfying daily life. Smoking, drinking, and other addictive habits can be particularly difficult to break, but there are great support groups and systems that can support you in the transition. With your body freed up from the negative effects of unhealthy habits, you’ll have much more energy to make this new year excellent. 

3. Work-out in new ways (or Begin!)

If you want to learn how to work out, you have to begin somewhere. Many people fail to start healthy exercise routines due to fear or hesitation about whether they’ll be able to pull it off. However, just as with any new hobby, there are plenty of support groups to help you get started (even if it’s just with the basics you’ll need to improve and stay on a workout schedule).
