A friend and I had lunch at Sizzlin Steak in Trinoma, where I was able to once again enjoy a nice piping hot plate of beef and rice. Sizzlin’ Steak belongs under Max’s Group, Inc. and was launched in 2007 offering high quality beef, special sauces, and a hot-plate system.

Aimed to being a service that provides, hot, fast and affordable meals, Sizzlin Steak has created plenty of flavorful dishes.

Their menu has a variety of choice sets from beef to pork and chicken. You can also opt to create your own sizzlin plate and choose your sauce and rice or veggies.

The service was pretty quick and my friend and I were deep in conversation that we hadn’t noticed it was already ready. If you’re not familiar with sizzlin plate dishes they’re served hot and should be mixed to fully enjoy the blend of the meat, rice and veggies.

Some of the best sellers are Pork Steak, Sirloin Steak, and Ribeye Steak and are quite heavy and filling. Lighter fare includes Tuna Belly and single Patty Burger Steak.
